The Annual Technical Conference is hosted by the South Dakota Association of Rural Water Systems and is designed to bring together water and wastewater utility systems – both large and small, municipal and rural – for sessions in operations, management, boardsmanship, and governance. The ATC is held annually during the first week of the South Dakota Legislative session in Pierre, SD.

Each booth includes two Booth Staff Passes. These passes are designated for individuals working the booth and do not include access to training sessions or eligibility for contact hours, as booth staff are expected to remain at their exhibit space. Anyone wishing to attend sessions or earn credit must register separately as a full conference attendee. Booth numbers will be assigned at check-in.

Exhibitor Eligibility:
Companies must be a current SDARWS member to exhibit. This requirement also applies to any affiliate, subsidiary, or partner companies. Non-member companies are not eligible to exhibit. All booth registrations will be reviewed for membership. CLICK HERE TO VERIFY CURRENT MEMBERSHIP.
PLEASE NOTE: In previous years, hallway booth exhibitors had the option to move into the Exhibit Hall at no additional cost. This is no longer the case for 2026. If you'd like to exhibit in both locations, you will need to purchase one of each during registration.

SHIPMENT OF PACKAGES AND PARCELS
  • The Ramkota does not offer a loading dock for large crates, pallets, or materials, so it’s essential to plan ahead. Ensure you have a pallet jack and the necessary equipment to offload large parcels, as the SDARWS and Ramkota Event Center staff will not be available to assist you.
  • Packages can be delivered to the Ramkota up to three business days before the conference, provided that you give them advance notice. Ensure that your packages include your contact information and are clearly labeled with "ATC" to identify them for the correct event.
  • If you need to ship packages from the property to another location, you must arrange for pickup on the business day after the event. Please note that it is your responsibility, not the hotel's or SDARWS's, to coordinate the return shipping of your items, especially regarding heavy equipment. Make the necessary arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth process.
